Account data: your API key, credit balance, plan and expiry, and (if you pay) a Stripe customer ID. We do not see or store card numbers; Stripe handles payment details.
Audit log: for web and dark web tool calls we keep the time, tool name, the input you sent (truncated) and success or failure, tied to your key, for one year. You can export it yourself and we may use it to investigate abuse.
Usage data: which tool was called, when, credits used, and success or failure. This is used for billing, abuse prevention and fixing bugs.
Network data: IP address, used for rate limiting and for limiting free trials to one per network.
Request content: the URLs, queries and files you send are processed to run your tool. Uploaded files are temporary and deleted after processing. Tool inputs and outputs are not sold or used for advertising.
Dark Web Tools: .onion addresses and titles that are collected through the directory are stored in a shared directory. We drop pages that look like illegal content and do not intentionally store them.
How we use it
To operate the service, bill you, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Google Cloud), and third-party sites or services your requests are sent to (for example a page you ask us to fetch, or a search provider). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users, including in response to valid legal process about misuse.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and usage records as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting obligations. To ask for access or deletion of your data, email clearlineops@outlook.com. Billing records may be kept as the law requires.
Security and children
We use HTTPS and limit access to our systems, but no service is perfectly secure. The service is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
