By creating an API key, starting a free trial, buying credits or a pass, or calling any tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The onion_fetch, onion_discover and onion_directory tools (the "Dark Web Tools") fetch and list publicly reachable .onion pages through the Tor network. They are provided for lawful research, journalism, security, threat-intelligence and brand-protection work only.
Everything you search for, fetch, collect, store, share or do with the results is your responsibility and yours alone. You, not Clear Line Operations, are solely responsible for your requests, your use of the output, and compliance with every law that applies to you. We do not review, endorse or control the content of third-party sites.
You must not use the Dark Web Tools to access, request, store or share child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content; to buy or sell illegal goods or services; to hack, extort, harass, dox, stalk or defraud anyone; or to evade law enforcement. We filter obvious illegal-content pages and do not intentionally store them, but filtering is imperfect and you must not rely on it. If you encounter illegal content, stop and report it to the appropriate authority (for example NCMEC CyberTipline or your local police).
We may log requests, suspend or terminate keys without refund, and cooperate with law enforcement and valid legal process if we suspect misuse.
Clear Line MCP is a remote Model Context Protocol server and REST API that provides web, data, security, dark web and media-processing tools. Features, limits and prices may change. Tools return information from third parties and automated analysis. Output may be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
You agree not to: break any law; scan, probe or attack systems you do not own or lack permission to test; scrape in violation of a site's terms or applicable law where you are responsible for that compliance; send spam or malware; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; process media you have no right to process; bypass credit limits, rate limits or security controls; resell or share your key; or overload the service. You are responsible for the actions of any AI agent or software that uses your key.
Your API key is your credential. Keep it secret. You are responsible for all use of it. A trial is limited to one per person or network and may be refused or revoked.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Credit packs do not expire. Day, week and monthly passes include a credit allowance for a fixed time and unused allowance expires with the pass. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and keep access until the period ends. Credits are consumed per tool call as shown on the site, and credits are returned automatically if a call fails with an error. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable, including for credits used on tools that ran successfully. Taxes may apply.
You keep ownership of files and URLs you submit. You give us permission to process them only to run the tool you requested. Uploaded files are temporary and deleted after processing. You confirm you have the right to submit them.
The service, code, design, name and logo are owned by Clear Line Operations and protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or host the service as your own without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or that any tool, site or hidden service will be reachable or safe.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAR LINE OPERATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REPUTATION, OR FOR ANY CONTENT YOU ACCESS OR ACTIONS YOU TAKE USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE DARK WEB TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Clear Line Operations from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including anything arising from your use of the Dark Web Tools.
We may suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, for suspected misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clear Line Operations is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
